Hidden Upskirt, Crouching Pervert

Writing by NeoBlade on Friday, 4 of April , 2008 at 2:50 am

During my travels I found this Flash game of which… Well, is interesting lets say. Basically you take control of a man on a mission… A lone figure who’s job it is to infiltrate and stand firm to his objective. I shall let the official blurb tell you what exactly it is…

I’m the Mekuri Master, the Skirt-Flip King. The name isn’t their idea… It’s mine. I’m a man who was born to lift skirts. You think any so-called “rules” are gonna stop me? When classes get out, I race through the corridors like a fearsome wind, flipping, flipping, flipping up girls’ skirts and letting the whole world know that I am the Mekuri Master!

Yes you’ve read right, this is a mini-game about skirt flipping. Now for the more perverse amongst you, might have played a Nintendo DS game where you have to ’search’ for objects whilst being able to do the same thing via the touch screen. Well this game is a bit more like what you might find in the insanely fun Bishi Bashi Special. Have a look at this video to see how its played…

Interested in playing it? Then pop over to the creator, Nigoro, website found here.

Animator versus Animation

Writing by walking leaf on Wednesday, 22 of August , 2007 at 7:08 am

Here’s a wonderful Flash video clip featuring an animator battling against his own animation.

A stick figure is created by an animator with the intent to torture. The stick figure drawn by the animator will be using everything he can find in the Flash program (the brush tool, the eraser tool) - to get back at his tormentor. It’s resourcefulness versus power. Who will win?

The moment when Lewis Hamilton crashed a charity kart

Writing by walking leaf on Friday, 22 of June , 2007 at 4:11 pm

Lewis Hamilton

The world championship leader and two-times Grand Prix winner Lewis Hamilton suffered an embarrassing moment when he damaged the go-kart that had been sold at a charity auction for £42,100 ($83,860).

The British Formula One driver only had to complete a few laps of a circuit built in the centre of London for the launch of Vodafone’s new mobile Internet service. However, he crashed on the second lap and broke the rear axle of the 80mph kart, meaning the winning bidder did not even get the chance to drive the kart himself!

“Oops, that was close,” said the 22-year-old McLaren rookie.

“It’s a bit bent on the back here,” he added after inspecting the kart, which was bought by a Northern Irish bidder.

Nevermind Lewis, at least you didn’t crash your McLaren-Mercedes MP4/22 while battling with Fernando Alonso…

Google Street View’s weird and wonderful sights

Writing by walking leaf on Thursday, 21 of June , 2007 at 3:47 pm

Google Maps

As the world’s most popular search engine Google set to take over the Internet with top applications like Googlemail, Google Video and Google Earth, has the latest project gone a bit too far on our privacy?

The reason I am asking is that the company’s latest application is Google Street View in which the user can see certain parts of several big American cities through panoramic images. This means you can ‘walk’ down Fifth Avenue in New York City or the famous Las Vegas Strip in the gambling city of the world just by pressing your mouse!

Surprisingly, some users have managed to spot some amusing, weird or even stimulating images in Street View.

Here’s a selection of images taken straight from the web application:

A woman with half a face in San Francisco!

You think that’s bad, how about a man with no head at all in the same city?

Two young girls sunbathing in a park.

Now showing at your local cinema!

A guy leaving a strip joint…

And what’s this? Someone trying to break-in…

It’s pretty scary that Google is spying on us! These images are only still pictures but can you imagine if these were in real-time? Still you must marvel the impressive nature of this technology available for the public.

Timberlake gets to groove with Scarlett in ‘epic’ music video

Writing by walking leaf on Thursday, 21 of June , 2007 at 3:12 pm

Scarlett and Justin

That’s right. The former front man to boy pop band ‘N Sync is strutting his boyish charms in this stylish nine-minute video with Hollywood’s hottest film actress, Ms Scarlett Johansson.

Normally, I don’t post music videos on eMagi but this one caught my attention. Not only is Scarlett one of the most beautiful women in the world (that shape, chest and voice) but according to rumours, Justin Timberlake’s third single from his new album – FutureSex/LoveSounds (silly title to be honest) – is based on his lifelong friend Trace Ayala and his relationship with Elisha Cuthbert. Yes, Elisha! Better known as Kim Bauer who likes to be chased around with cougars in a 24-hour day… Apparently ‘Kim’ cheated on Ayala with hockey player Sean Avery, which caused them to break off their engagement. The song is also rumoured to be about the relationship the two developed while on the set of the TV series 24.

Another rumour has claimed that the song is about the break-up of a family friend aside from Ayala, who was deeply hurt and affected.

Whatever the true origins to ‘What Goes Around… Comes Around’, the music video has been described as a short film with a duration exceeding nine minutes that even features credits similar to a film. Samuel Bayer – a renowned music video director – was the man responsible for the creating this ‘epic’ motion picture. The dialogue was even written by Alpha Dog writer and director Nick Cassavetes.

Sample the clip below and see how that lucky Timberlake is able to sweep Scarlett off her feet, until something horrible happens at the end…

Oh, here’s a detailed and amusing minute-by-minute account from Guardian Music. Great read after watching the YouTube video.

Jack Bauer making an appearance on The Simpsons

Writing by walking leaf on Thursday, 24 of May , 2007 at 3:48 pm

The Simpsons & Bauer

The longest-running animated television show, The Simpsons, celebrated their 399th episode by creating a stylish and amusing parody of hit ‘real-time’ drama 24.

The episode entitled ’24 Minutes’ features guest appearances from none other than Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) as the hard-ass CTU agent who never sleeps or goes to take a break in the comfort area, and his CTU assistant, the know-it-all computer wizard Chloe O’Brien (Mary Lynn Rajkskub).

Sample these two video clips below with Kiefer providing the familiar intro to the show plus edited highlights of 24 references!

It’s quite amusing to see the famous ticking clock and the split-screens.

When Nick Heidfeld lapped a modern F1 car around the Nordschleife

Writing by walking leaf on Sunday, 29 of April , 2007 at 7:49 am

Nick Heidfeld Nurburgring

German racing driver Nick Heidfeld had the unique opportunity to drive the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife in a modern-spec Formula One racing car as part of a BMW Motorsport demonstration run.

Heidfeld drove last year’s BMW Sauber F1.06 chassis around the fantastic 20.8km race track (which also includes the new Grand Prix circuit) and despite slowing down for photographic purposes several times on each of his three laps, he set a time of eight minutes and 34 seconds. This lap time was not a real representation of what a modern F1 car can really do, as BMW ordered his driver to ease off at several parts of the track…

Apart from using the harder tyres (which offered low grip) and an increased ride height, the car was in full race specification.

“This drive was simply incredible,” said Heidfeld. “I thought it would be great to drive on the Nordschleife before I started out. But it was even better than I had expected.

“This racing track is the best in the world. I’d really like to have emptied the tank. It was a very special moment when I left the grand prix circuit in the direction of the Nordschleife.”

Heidfeld achieved a top speed of 275 km/h on the long Döttinger Höhe straight.

“I was really shaken up at the Bergwerk section and on the Döttinger Höhe,” he said.

“I’ll never forget today as long as I live. Another particularly special experience has now joined the many fantastic childhood memories and racing successes.”

BMW Motorsport Director Mario Theissen reiterated that the event had always been intended as a ‘tribute’ to the legendary track rather than an attempt to set a new lap record.

“We had implored him to be careful,” said Theissen.

“The day was a homage to the fans and to this unique circuit in the world of racing. For once, the lap times were a secondary consideration.”

Nevertheless, to see a modern Formula One racing car back on this amazing race track after 31 long years was a sight to behold.

Jessica Alba – the sexiest woman in 2007

Writing by walking leaf on Thursday, 26 of April , 2007 at 10:31 am

Jessica Alba

The UK readers of men’s lifestyle magazine FHM have crowned Hollywood actress Jessica Alba the sexiest woman in the world.

The Sin City and Fantastic Four star beat glamour model Keeley Hazell, Desperate Housewives star Eva Logoria and film actresses Scarlett Johansson and Angelina Jolie to take the prestigious title.

Back in 2006, Pirates Of The Caribbean star Keira Knightley was awarded the top honour, but fast forward to this year the actress didn’t even finish in the top ten.

Factory Girl Sienna Miller, who crashed down from 12th place last year to 45th position this year, had the biggest fall.

Others who found a place in the 2007 FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women in the World list include Wayne Rooney’s fiancee Coleen McLoughlin, Prince William’s ex Kate Middleton, TV presenter Holly Willoughby, pop star Britney Spears and supermodel Kate Moss.

“FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women in the World is the ultimate guide to the most beautiful women in the world. Jessica Alba is a worthy winner of this year’s FHM title. She’s a talented, successful and beautiful actress who clearly has sex appeal that translates worldwide,” said FHM editor Chris Bell.

Top ten sexiest women in the world according to FHM UK are:

1. Jessica Alba (actress)
2. Keeley Hazell (model)
3. Eva Longoria (actress)
4. Adriana Lima (supermodel)
5. Scarlett Johansson (actress)
6. Hayden Panettiere (actress)
7. Cheryl Tweedy (singer)
8. Angelina Jolie (actress)
9. Emily Scott (model)
10. Elisha Cuthbert (actress)

Great to see Hayden Panettiere at number six thanks to the success of Heroes and 24 star Elisha Cuthbert making into the top ten, despite not playing the troublesome daughter of CTU agent Jack Bauer for some while.

When a Renault F1 car lapped the Top Gear test track in less than a minute

Writing by walking leaf on Friday, 30 of March , 2007 at 3:52 pm

Renault F1 Top Gear

Even though we didn’t see Richard Hammond a.k.a. the Hamster driving a Formula One racing car in the last series of Top Gear, here’s a classic video clip of the Stig driving the championship-winning Renault around the Top Gear test track.

The Stig* recorded an impressive lap time (under 60 seconds). No other car, not even a race-spec Aston Martin DBR9 can beat it.

Relive the moment with these two fantastic clips, shown below.

* The Stig driving the 2004 Renault F1 racing car turned out to be the then test driver, Heikki Kovalainen. The true identity of the ‘white suited’ Stig remains unknown, but I have a funny feeling its sports car racer Ben Collins…
