Yes the main man and tutor for Ryu, Ken and Akuma is playable in Street Fighter IV and he certainly looks the part! I have seen him in action in a video which will be posted below and he looks pretty powerful indeed. One thing you will notice is that he clearly has mastered the Hadoken move to the point that he can simply use one hand to fire not only one, but two in quick succesion! One fires horizontally and another diagonally up towards the opponent making him difficult to jump towards against.
He has to be unlocked though and it will be interesting to see how he stacks up against currently the strongest character - Akuma. Let the battle commence!
