The anime world can rejoice, or at least the Kyoto Animation fans as CLANNAD ~After Story~ starts next week, 02/10/2008 to be precise. After quite a few months of waiting at least on my part, I can’t wait for this show to start airing. After watching the third preview for the new series we can all breathe a sigh of relief that at least for now it appears that Tomoyo and the Fujibayashi twins are back. I wasn’t sure as to how much was actually going to take place at the school before we delve into new territory with the whole Tomoya, Nagisa relationship, so it’s nice to know KyoAni will leave us with at least some episodes involving the original cast.
Get your tissues ready as this series is going to be a weepy and with what I believe is 24 episodes I know I’m going to be very happy this fall. Hopefully this is the start of what is shaping up to be a very interesting fall season.
