The developer behind the popular guitar-based music game has announced a selection of additional tracks for Guitar Hero III. Activision believes Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock will have the “most comprehensive song list ever assembled for a game” and judging by the quality of artists to rock to, I certainly agree!
The tracks that will be featured are:

• Raining Blood (by Slayer)
• Reptillia (by The Strokes)
• Paranoid (as made famous by Black Sabbath)
• Cities on Flame (as made famous by Blue Oyster Cult)
• Mississippi Queen (as made famous by Mountain)
• Slash’s Original Boss Battle Recording
• Welcome to The Jungle (by Guns N’ Roses)
• Paint It Black (by The Rolling Stones)
