Since Sony has now made their price cut official after constantly denying it officially, Microsoft have followed suit. They are rumoured to slash Core and Platinum costs by $50 and their new Elite model will be reduced from $479.99 to $399.99. This makes the XBOX more affordable than ever and their gaming lineup is looking stronger than ever. Add this to the new 3 year warranty offered to all XBOX360 owners and it looks like an attractive package.
Microsoft however needs to keep the momentum going forward as Nintendo are reportedly only 1.8 million units behind the XBOX360 globally and the PS3 is starting to make its move. E3 announcements are starting to warm up!
