You may have seen the guitar controller for Rock Band, but here’s your opportunity to sample the new wireless guitars for Activision’s Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock.
The popular rhythm game not only features a new name, but the controller themselves are based on the Les Paul model from Gibson (apart from the PlayStation 2 version, which is based on Kramer guitar). It’s interesting to see the Nintendo Wii remote integrated into the controller (see picture above); in addition the five fret buttons are now all in black with a thin coloured outline to maintain a cleaner, less Fisher Price look to the neck.
The wireless guitar will also have removable faceplates to let you customize your rock experience.
