
While these are rumours it seems that it won’t die down - Microsoft seem to be preparing a black XBOX360 coupled with HDMI output and a much larger 120gig hard drive in preparation to disturb Sony Playstation 3’s launch. No word on the pricing since this is still regarded as rumour and indeed there is no news if the HD-DVD player is integrated into the system either.
Personally if Microsoft really wants to make a dent in Sony’s efforts they should lower the price of their console, however we know that Microsoft cannot just yet for financial reasons. With the Nintendo Wii also coming out in Red and Black soon it seems that the colour Black is the “in” thing. I’ve always liked consoles to be in black anyway…

But i’d be very annoyed if this happens and the people that already own a 360 (remember us MS!?) get something out of this. I want a HDMI input, and i want a bigger hard drive.
