A little late in the posting but a new Wii firmware update is avilable for PAL users. This new update fixes issues with the exploit that allows PAL users to change regions and access Turbo Graphix games only released in Europe along with parental controls.
Due to this update it is also worthy to mention that you might not want to change regions as you have a risk of losing all of your Wii Points. Now that wouldn’t be fun would it? There are more updates planned soon and who knows, there could be one to fix the 60Hz problems in VC games…
