Yes, the user interface is great. I love the bit when Phil Schiller zoomed into a picture. So clever.
As for the iPod mode, that is just fantastic to see all the album covers like Coverflow on iTunes 7.
Can’t wait to buy one. Microsoft Zune? That’s heading for the scrap heap…

The iPhone is undoubtedly slick and cool looking. It’s going to definitely have a niche in the consumer market, but I don’t think that most “smart phone” users will make the switch over to the iPhone. I’m sure in a few months, there will be a lot of phones with the features of the iPhone and more. You know the cell phone market, it’s like the computer industry, everything’s obsolete in a matter of months.
