Konami announced today that the newly formed Kojima “X” Productions are currently developing remakes of Hideo Kojima’s Metal Gear Solid trilogy for 360. There has been no news on when “Metal Gear Solid: Trilogy” will be released. Also announced was Metal Gear Solid: Fluid Ac!d for the Microsoft Zune media player.
No mention has been made of MGS 4 moving to the 360 since Konami dispelled the rumours, but it seems more likely than ever now.

Another BS story created by Xbox 360 forums and rumour sites who desperately want to play the new Solid Snake games other than PlayStation.
The simple fact is Metal Gear Solid didn’t sell that well on other platforms other than Sony. A remake of the fantasic PSone’s Metal Gear Solid appeared on the Nintendo Gamecube as MGS: Twin Snakes. Sure, it had much better graphics over the original version but it didn’t sell enough. On the Xbox, Metal Gear Solid 2 was released after the success on PS2, and yet again, it didn’t do well.
