Hong Kong action star Jackie Chan has been injured during filming for his latest movie in America.
Chan, famous for doing his own elaborate fighting and stunt sequences, was hit in the chest by a steel-reinforced table during a scene for the upcoming Rush Hour 3.
The injury is in the same place the 52-year-old actor was hurt earlier this year when kicked by a stuntman for wearing the wrong type of shoes…
Writing on his website, Chan said a doctor found no serious damage but he was required to take painkillers.
“I was in a lot of pain because it was in the same spot where I had gotten hurt during the filming of Rob-B-Hood,” he said.
Chan has suffered numerous injuries throughout his movie career with the worst being a brain haemorrhage while filming Armour of God back in 1987.
He said in an interview last year he usually feels pain in his waist, knees and shoulders when he wakes up.
