“Computer says… yes” as cult comedy Little Britain will be made into a video game based on the popular British sketch show.
The game (developed by Blast Entertainment) will imitate an episode of the BBC show, with the player having to complete a set of minigame challenges to move on to the next scene, until the end credits.
The eight minigames will feature Matt Lucas and David Walliams’ characters including Lou and Andy, Vicky Pollard, Mr. Mann, transvestites Emily and Florence, fat fighter Marjorie Dawes, Daffyd Thomas (the “only gay in the village”), Judy and Maggie, and Letty.
The characters have been modelled in 3D and the creators and the main stars of the show have provided the voices.
Little Britain was previously a radio series before debuting on BBC Three in 2003. There have been three seasons of the show so far.
The video game will be available on the PlayStation 2 and PC in January 2007, with a PSP version following shortly afterwards.
