AiLive - Wii motion capture with no coding

How hard could it be to input the motion sensor commands from a Wiimote into a videogame? Pretty easy it seems with the AiLive software. You simply give the action a name, record the command a few times and bingo - You have all the required data to use in your game.

Watch the video above to see how easy it is for developers to obtain such information without having to look at a single piece of code. I remember some developers were complaining that capturing the input of the motion sensor would be the hardest issue but with AiLive, you can get the movements exactly how you want them to be for gesture based gaming. Naturally it can be tweaked further for more intricate control but it provides a user friendly start for developers who want to get on the Wii-wagon. Oh and stay away from those chickens… They’re evil.
