Now that news have spread that Nana’s ex was Trapnest’s bass guitarist Ren, Hachi begins to dig deeper reading all of her Trapnest articles wondering how did she miss the similarities between the two. Being easily distracted as ever she begins to think about her ideal love and about the painful memories of her ex, Shouji. Today though is the day that Nana and Hachi leave for the Trapnest live show, going back to Hachi’s hometown to stay the night as Nana is eager to meet her flatmate’s family. During her stay at Hachi’s house Nana begins to open up a little and speaks about her past, which catches Hachi off guard. As Nana goes to comfort her, Hachi asks the burning question…

“Do you still love Ren?”
The live concert begins but will the chain of fate pull Nana and Ren together once again?
This was a decent episode as previously Nana was not so open about her past, often reacting in the same manner as a guy brushing things off. Hachi is her usual self jumping from emotion to emotion unable to settle down, however her love for Nana is pure and real often crying for Nana’s sake.

While not offering much substance as previous episodes it does lead onto a building story arc and the live representation of the enging theme “A little pain” is a welcome addition.
