Film4 are now showing Studio Ghibli movies in both dub and subtitled format. I believe they will show the dubbed versions first with the second screening in subtitles. It started off today with the showing of Castle of Cagliostro.
Tomorrow at 4:45pm the animé Kiki’s Delivery Service will air. Here is the rundown so far…
- Sat 5th August - Kiki’s Delivery Service (4:45pm)
- Sun 6th August - Princess Mononoke (4:30pm)
- Mon 7th August - Laputa: Castle in the Sky (4:55pm)
- Tue 8th August - My Neighbour Totoro (5:10pm)
- Wed 9th August - Nausicaa: Valley of the Wind (4:45pm)
- Thu 10th August - Porco Rosso (5:15pm)
This is a quality lineup of animé and I hope it continues throughout the whole month and beyond with other movies.
