Both Blizzard Entertainment and Mythic Entertainment have unveiled new trailers for their upcoming releases; World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King and Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning respectively.

Although World of Warcraft has been around since November 2004, Warhammer Online has been pegged as a real contender for it, bringing in not only MMORPG fans but followers of the Games Workshop tabletop game as well.
Beta testing has been running for WotLK since July 17th 2008, and for WAR since May 2007, although Mythic have held several waves of betas since. The two companies appear to be in direct competition with one another from the similarities in the games, and the release of certain information and trailers.
Warhammer Online is due for release on September 18th 2008.
Wrath of the Lich King is due for release in the latter half of 2008, estimated in November.
